Measurement of contaminant (inorganic, organic and particulate) extraction from components in high purity water, acids and bases.

Measurement of permeation rates and development of models to predict transport of gases through liquids and gases or liquids through polymers.
Performance and reliability testing
Measurement of component and equipment performance under simulated and accelerated use conditions in ultrapure water, aggressive chemicals or CMP slurries; life testing to determine failure mode and lifetime.
